what is wrong?

I have a blood pressure of 115/47 and pulse rate of 50 with a temperature of 96.1F how serious is this

All of your vital signs look good/within normal limits. Of more concern with your blood pressure is the difference between the 2 numbers. In your case, your heart is resting nicely. Pulse is low, but with your blood pressure what it is, I would say your heart is in pretty good shape! Temperatures are not held to the old 98. normals anymore as more frequently the average is in the 97 range.
