every night when i go to bed,i wake up 4 to 5 times in the night because of a build up of wind and it is extremely painful as it is always in my back,please help

Keep a list of foods you eat for a couple weeks ... it's probably caused by your diet ... Google "foods that cause gas" and then avoid them for 6-8 hours before going to bed.
