Cured unknown std seems like a sits bone pain

I'm male 36
I contracted some std during unprotected first and only receptive anal intercourse in thailand
The penetration was painful(sharp pain) so I said to stop after 1min and went away from massage parlor
Started to have sore in anus after 2 days so I took zitromax 1.5 at once, so sorness seemed to go bback to normal for a week, but came back
So I was treated with cetraflaxone 0.5 mg im +zitro 1mg, but still had a pain somewhere around urethra and anus. So went to std clinic for a few times and they found gardnerella in swab and enteroccocus in urin test which doctor dismissed, as symptoms don't correspond with bacteria.
So I'm still experiencing pain in urethra and surrounding area
After a reading a lot and examining around hip, I have found that I have painful/firm lymph nodes from butt till knee, and sitz bone pain(ishical bursitis and pain between anus and butt muscles
Question is what types of analysis I need to do or procedures in order to solve the problem?
