Pain in jaw after surgery absess

So I broke my upper second molar in half 4 years ago. No pain no issues. Last year I got my lower jaw broken and requests surgery to repair it. I missed my follow up due to depression/stress. Tried to call and re book and they told me they tried to call because my upper tooth was abscessed. I did not make a follow up nor did I deal with my abscess. I suffer from chronic tension headache and since the jaw surgery they have become debilitating. Important to mention my lower jaw and upper broken abscess molar are both located on the left side. I have been extremely depressed as my best friend passed away and my ex boyfriend tried to kill me all in a month. Hence the broken jaw. I started doing cocaine and now the entire inside of my nose has deteriorated and I’m so scared to see a doctor because I’m embarrassed for letting my body suffer and missing my initial follow up after surgery. My left inner ear has started to hurt and I’m just not sure what to do. I’m so embarrassed and feel sad and sorry for myself that I’ve let this happen. I’m extremely worried that it could be a major infection that can travel to the brain and cause brain injury or damage. I’m wondering if anyone knows any antibiotics that could help until I can afford to see a dentist/specialist. This has been the worst time in my life and I’m having trouble with how I should proceed. Cost is an issue. Perhaps someone out there has been in a similar situation and can provide guidance. Thank you.
