Tram Flap Mesh Repair

We are seeking a surgeon who specializes in Tram Flap Mesh repair due to mesh failure. My sister had a double mastectomy in 2003 and reconstructive surgery using the abdominal muscle. She has had complications including MRSA. She lives in the Colorado area.
