Sounds like anxiety for sure. Please see a therapist. Get on an exercise regime, they work well to help reduce anxiety, and if your therapist suggests a short run of anti-anxiety meds to help with the panic attacks, don't pooh-pooh the idea. Be sure you get a good therapist who knows a lot about grief and loss.
