Help?!? Confused?!?!!

I have my period every 28 days and then I would miss a week or two. So I went to my doctors I went on brith control to help regulate it. I stopped cause I got married and we would like to start a family. After I stopped, a month later I was pregnant. But then a week later I started bleeding and I miscarriaged. Now I counted and my periods are 41 days apart. My husband and I ready to have a baby but I read irragular periods it harder to get pregnant. I need help how to get it back on track or get pregnant with an irragular period. I need advise?!?? Help me?

Ohk so if I was to ask for those things I could be treated for it? What about brith control. I used the nevua ring to regulate my periods and it work. So if I tried that again could that help, then stop it to see if the hormones in the ring help out?

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that it sounds as if you may have a variant of PCOS.  I would do a TSH, FSH, prolactin level and progesterone level.  IF you got pregnant once, I consider that to be a very GOOD sign (even though you miscarried) because that means that all of the basics are working.  Depending upon what the blood tests showed, I would then probably treat with Metformin and Clomid or Femara.
Go to see your doctor for your checkup!
Good luck!
