Pink Sweat/possible infection?

For the past two weeks I have noticed my cuticles a very pink color. Then four days ago I took off my socks at the end of the day and my socks were pink, this has happened the past four days. There is nothing I was wearing that would bleed a pink/red color to stain the socks. Two days ago I noticed my underwear are completely stained pink as well, again no clothes i was wearing could cause this. Is there a possibility this is coming from pink sweat? An infection? I am a master's student in biology so I work in the lab with many chemicals, but none of which cause this problem that I know of. The only other symptom I have is what feels like a yeast infection that I am treating as such, it could possibly be a different kind of infection. If anyone knows anything about this I would appreciate it.

Ice dolphin22, did you ever find out what is wrong?  I have a pink stain on my sheets where I lay, on a sweater I was wearing, and on the toilet seat. I am very concerned as I am also pregnant.

Hi!
Very strange! I can't really think of anything that would cause this!  The best way to find out what kind of vaginal infection you have is to get checked--your doctor can do a wet mount and look under the microscope for yeast or clue cells ( this would indicate Bacerial vaginosis as opposed to yeast)  The treatment is obviously going to be different for a bacterial vs a yeast infection.  Also, a vaginal culture and gram stain could be done to see if there is any unusual bacteria that you might have encountered in the lab.

For pink color to be leaching out, you must be taking it in some how! ?
Good luck!
