Need Help and Answers

My question is concerning my moms health. My mom is 44 and has been sick for a little over 2 years, this is one reason wny we are so desperate. Some symptoms are severe vaginal burning that travels down her upper legs, constant urination, burning while urinating and tierdness. These are the most serious, the vaginal burning is so severe she wakes up at night becouse of it and cant sleep until she takes pain killers and they kick in. She has been from doctor to doctor in and out of town but nothing is done for her. All they give her are pain killers but it only takes the pain away while they are in affect. She needs a diagnosis and a CURE. I see it only getting worse but with no way to help her. All i ask is for some answers and referd to a doctor that can help, please we are desperate!!!!! any info or ideas of where to go. We live in Greeley CO,               Please and Thank you

sounds to me like her uterus is infected. Most likely caused by endometrial biopsy's.... it's how they infected me and put me into the worse pain in my life. Burning cervix which could of been explained by burning vagina... I betcha 10 bux that's what she has and it's most likely killing her as I type.

medicine in the USA is dismal...

Hi!
Your mom's symptoms are not typical of any condition I am aware of. Usually when someone has unusual symptoms that defy diagnosis it is best to go to a major center like the Mayo Clinic.  The advantage of a big center is that they can take a multidisciplinary approach with a team of specialists.  In your moms case, I think a neurologist should be involved too, as her pain sounds neurogenic. A gynecologist and a pain specialist are going to be important too, and they are going to need to communicate well with her and with each other too!

You may have a large university center that you prefer over Mayo, but that is the way to go!

Good luck!
