missed miscarriage?

I'm 9 weeks pregnant today and about 2 days ago all my pregnancy symptoms went away. I no longer have nausea,  tender breasts, super smell, nothing. There's been no spotting or bleeding but I've had a slight off and on pain on the left side of my belly. Is it normal to have all symptoms stop suddenly this early in the pregnancy?  Should this be something I worry about?

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would reassure you that the symptoms commonly decrease around 9 weeks and many women ask the same questions you are asking.  I would probably do an ultrasound for you to be certain that everything was OK and for reassurance, but if you haven't had any bleeding or pain, your pregnancy is probably going along fine--thank your lucky stars!
