really scared

Hey doc really kind of nervous okay first things first my girlfriend  missed her period  by 3 to 4 days has been getting cramps but no period we took a prego test a ept early detection one didn't even take the 3 mins it said to wait it said pregnant fast lol thats not what is worrying me some ladies helped me said could be 4 weeks so did the nurse are receptionist at obgyn and she said she should wait tell 6 weeks so we said okay but tonight she was coaching a softball game she threw a ball back and said she felt a pain like she strained something in her belly area but feels fine now  .iam freaking out plz help any advice iam so excited and i really hope it didn't do something bad since i know this is a dangerous time in pregnancy plz help sorry if its hard to understand  iam scared uu can look back at my post for this

Thanks doc she has been having some cramping not constant but this was before she pulled what ever she did and still now? But no spotting?  Some one told me it could be her uterus exspanding

Hi!
If you girlfriend was my patient, I would advise you not to worry too much.  At this point in the pregnancy, the uterus is still quite small and it is protected by the pubic bone and pelvis.  Your friend probably just strained a muscle.
IF she has any cramping or spotting, she should contact her doctor, otherwise she is probably just fine.
