Burning when urinating without infection

I'm a 28 year old female that has been experiencing burning when urinating and sometimes burning, pain, and pressure down there not necessarily when I urinate, its just like a sensation that I have throughout the day. This doesn not happen everyday but recently it was happening more ofen that is why I was referred to an Urologist. I had a cystoscopy and the doc saw a red patch on the floor of my bladder so he said if I wanted to know what that was then I would have to have a blladder biopsy, which I did. I had my post-op visit last week and was told the red patch was not there anymore, this time they just saw "something" white so they took a biopsy of that and everything came out normal. So now they don't know what's causing the burning since it was a normal biopsy and no infection after a urine test. I am very sad and overwhelmed because I feel there is no cure to this. I will appreciate any feedback regarding this issue! Thank you so much for your time!

Hi!
Well, the good news is that you have had some things ruled out.  If you were my patient, I would recommend an ultrasound of the uterus as the next step.
If the condition is not related to the bladder, it may be a problem with your uterus, for example, fibroids can cause similar symptoms.
Hope this helps!

Oh I forgot to add one more thing, like I mentioned before I had a bladder biopsy two weeks ago and I'm still experiencing burning down there especially when I'm done urinating, it feels sore, hmm how can I explain this, it feels like I cut down there, that type of burning. Is this normal after a biopsy? Do you think something went wrong during the biopsy and that is why I'm experiencing this? Once again thank you so much in advance, I truly hope someone can provide some feedback.
