CD 74 and no ovulation in sight

I went off birth control back in December and my husband and I are trying to conceive. I had two completely regular, ovulatory cycles (based on my temps, etc.) but am now in day 74 of my "cycle" and have had no temp increase at all. I am definitely not pregnant, but I am DEFINITELY frustrated. Why is this happening, and what can I do to get my cycles back on track?

Thanks for your reply, Elaine! Much appreciated. I've scheduled an appt with my doctor and will see what she says!

Hi!
It is time for a trip to your doctor!  If you were my patient, I would test for pregnancy (yes, again) and then, if negative, I would give you some progesterone to start your period.
We could also discuss the possibility of some Clomid or Femara to help improve ovulation.
I would want to run some tests such as FSH, TSH prolactin, to start a work up for PCOS, IF you have any past history of irregular periods, or current risk factors.
Good luck!
