CONCERNED PLZ ADVICE
hi there,
I am a 30 year virgin. I have never been sexually active. For the last 6 months i have had a dry vaginal also no discharge and no sore boobs before during or after my period. My periods have also changed from being super heavy 7 days or more, to 3 days to 4 days max. I am really concerned? i am not sure what could be causing theses changes? i am also anemic and i do not take iron pills.
can you please give me some advice?

My periods are also very irregular? and what about the dryness? i never have any kind of discharge? also my vaginal burns constantly...

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you not to worry excessively. The changes that you are experiencing can be a normal result of aging. The shortened periods will help with your anemia, although you should probably be using an iron supplement coupled with vitamin C. The changes are probably NOT a sign of menopause if that is your concern.
