Help required ASAP

Hi, so I've had an on going problem for almost a week now.
Every time I pee it burns terribly, especially towards when I am finishing peeing. This wouldn't be so bad but afterwards for hours my vagina feels uncomfortable, not itchy but almost like full or something. My pee has also been very very cloudy. I read that this could perhaps be a UTI? I've been drinking a lot of cranberry juice as I heard this helps.
However, the more pressing matter may or may not be related, I've just assumed that it is. I have this intense itching in my vagina, so far up. At some points I've not even been sure if its my vagina or my anus because of where the itch is. (Sorry for the detail!!) my GP prescribed me some cream used to treat yeast infections (thrush) as well as a single dose of an antibiotic that treats fungal infections but so far nothing has changed. I bathed in a salt bath yesterday but that made no difference either I've barely slept at all in 5 nights because this is so bad now, please help!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
If you were my patient, I would recommend treatment for yeast.
I would use Diflucan because the vaginal preparations can cause a dermatitis which is worse than the original yeast infection.  I sounds like this may have happened to you already.  This may sound crazy, but it really helps--Crisco or other vegetable shortening can be really soothing when applied externally while you are waiting for the medication to take effect.
In your case I would suggest oral Diflucan 150mg daily for three days and then once per week if needed to relieve symptoms for up to six months.
Hope this helps!

Is that including the itch? Remember it's really far inside me. How does that relate to my bladder? Thanks loads though, what was the treatment?
