Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that there are lots of available options and you should probably make an appointment with your doctor to decide what is going to be best for you. Oral contraceptive pills are the most popular form of birth control. Depo Provera injections are also popular and easy--one "shot" every three months. Nexplanon in an implant and MIrena is an IUD which does not contain copper. Finally there is the good old-fashioned diaphragm which the woman inserts along with spermacide.
Most doctors are happy to discuss options with you--there are pros and cons of all of them.
Good luck!

I had implant in for 3 years and had no problems replaced it with new one for a year then removed last november. Heard can take a long time for fertility to come back after injection.
