Hi,
I am 34 years old and have had regular periods my entire life (every 24 days). I don't have any children and am not on any birth control. For the past 3 months they have been irregular. The first month (October), I got my period 2 weeks early. I chalked this up to stress since I had a death in the family in October. In November in was a week early. I just got it again today and once again, it's a week early. My periods have always been painful. Along with other symptoms such as migraines, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, extreme fatigue (which seems to be the most troublesome throughout the month), backaches, leg pain, I become lethargic and have trouble concentrating. It gets so bad some months that I have to stay out of work because of the lack of energy and cramps. I have since seen my gynocologist and all tests came back normal. I also had a coloscopy for abnormal cells which turned out to be normal. This is very frustrating to me since I have bad pms the week before my period and with it coming so early lately, I only feel normal one week out of the month. Should this concern me? Should I wait it out a few more months to see if it gets back on track or head back to my dr? Thank you.
