Hi!
The normal range for testosterone varies from laboratory to laboratory--so its hard to interpret your results without knowing the normal values for your lab. I am going to guesstimate that your values are on the low side, given your symptoms. Testosterone is the "male" hormone. In women it is only produced by the ovaries. I presume, given your age, that they saved your ovaries. Any time a woman has had a hysterectomy though, the ovaries don't seem to work quite as well they normally would. A low testosterone level could make you feel tired and lethargic and have a low sex drive.
Low estrogen levels could do the same thing. One other possibility is a mild form of depression--some of the newer mild antidepressants such as Cymbalta can work very well for symptoms similar to yours.
I hope this helps!
