Who can possibly be the father?

On Nov 10, 2009 . I had my period. It has always been VERY irregular.
On Nov 19, 2009. I had an affair and used a condom. It was my FIRST and LAST time I ever had sex with this guy.
On Jan 17,2009. I had a vaginal u/s done and they said I was 7weeks.
On Feb 13,2009. I had a u/s done and they said I was 13 weeks.
My EDD: Sept 5, 2010.
They also did a blood test to see how far along I was because they said it didnt conicide with my lmp of nov 10. So it stated : GA @ U/S DRAW: 10 WEEKS(CRL) on feb4,2009.
Now I wanted to know if its possible that from the affair date can it be his or my husbands?

Im sorry but i meant to say on feb 25, i was 13 weeks far along not feb 13. Now Dr. B. from the first u/s my due date is sept 5,2010 but from the second u/s and blood test my due date is Sept 2,2010. So if i conceived between the week of dec 6 to dec 13, then i know thats far from the affair date and i know that its my husbands, but my question is, is it possible that i could be the other guy because of my irregular period? i mean can it throw off the ultrasound dates? And what threw me off is that i had a period on nov 10,2009 and the doctors asked me if i was sure i didnt get my period on nov 26,2009 or the nov 28. because if i did conceive the second week of december then i want to know it that possible that i didnt get my period of dec, and i want to know what happened. Im sorry Dr. B that its too much question but as you can tell this my first pregnancy and im scared to death if its not my husband.  Please help me. thank you!!!

Hi!
A due date of 9/5/2010 puts your conception date at DECEMBER 14 +/- a day or so.
The seven week ultrasound is the most accurate data point that you have to determine the baby's gestational age, and it corresponds with the conception date in December too.

The last menstrual period of November 10, and the 13 week ultrasound put your date of conception around the end of November.  I can't tell much from the blood work.
As I'm sure you are aware, the two ultrasounds don't match each other.  So that is very confusing!  If you were my patient, I would get the best tech I could find to do measurements for a 2 out of 3 vote.  Your other option is  a DNA test, but considering the circumstances, it might be better to go with the ultrasound unless the 3rd ultrasound confirms the second and not the first.

Wish you the best!
Dr B
