Hi!
First of all, congratulations on your marriage!
Sorry to chime in a bit late (was out of town unexpectedly). Your symptoms sound very much like the perimenopause. If you were my patient, I would advise you that we could certainly watch and wait as this type of bleeding is very common. A pelvic CT scan would show any large tumors or cysts of the ovaries or uterus. It is not a good way to evaluate the uterine lining, but I would not be overly concerned unless you developed persistant irregular or heavy bleeding.
Good luck!

Update: The spotting stopped on day 6. Breast slighlty tender and intermittent left sided pelvic discomfort(very Mild). Maybe just my normal period but very very light?????????
Thank you so much. Actually, it was my son who got married. We just celebrated 27 years! I still cant believe that i am old enough to have a son married. Lol
