is all my sickness linked

hi i am 23yrs and obese had my first peroid at 11yrs always had problems with peroids about 2yrs ago had my first realationship and bleed alot during sex went to dr had smear came back cin 1 went to colopsey and everthing was ok got no follow up still had same problems last year started geting severe pain in stomac and nausea sent for ultra sound told had gall stones got key hole surgrey removed gall bladder and stones week late back at er severe pain worse then ever and been sick yellow bile told had bad internal infection they took out stich from incision from key hole and yellow fluid came out so much they put a bag on they said a litre came they told me i had fuild on ovarys from infection then 3 months later 5 weeks ago back at er with severe pain and been sick had emergency suregry had dermoid tumor that twisted and caused tube to knot cut blood suply to ovary the ovary was gone black and gangerous i am going back wed for post op and results of lab i cant sleep with worry please advise i am convinced it will be bad news but i would like to be prepared thank you for your time

Hi!
It is usually pretty easy to tell whether an ovarian tumor is a dermoid by looking at the ultrasound, and then the surgery should confirm that suspicion.  These tumors are the most likely to twist as well.  99.4% of dermoids are benign ( non cancerous ).
Surgical removal is all that is necessary, and they don't come back again.
