please help i need advice

i know that pcos can help the contraceptive pills. but i have a problem. contraceptive is not good for the liver coz i have a problem also in liver. so how can i help my problem. is pcos can get worse? now i feel bump inside my lower part my  ovary. when i press it kinda pain. im just worried what will i do? do i need surgery or what? and how long it will take, im worried if i get lots cyst and become cancer. please help me

to be honest with u i have hepa B, i dont know also where i get this i knew this  was 2004, i didnt even get multiple sex or what so ever, maybe its in born or what. thats y i dont know. but when my doctor said bout my hepa b is chronic and theres no cure. then now pcos , i have lots of acne in my back chest and face and hair lost. i dont know why all this happened to me. thanks for your answer. i really appreciate

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would first want to know more about your liver problem, as it may not be a contraindication to taking oral contraceptives.  If it IS, losing weight is an excellent way to remedy PCOS if you are overweight. If you are not overweight, you could consider Metformin to help lower insulin resistance and regulate your periods.  
You should definitely see a reproductive endocrinologist to help you with your issues.
IF you can palpate a mass in your abdomen, you need to be seen right away
to have it evaluated.
