Am I at risk?

I visited a csw today with body massage. After finishing the massage she put baby oil on my penis for hand-job (no condom). Afterwards, she tried to rub and clean the oil on my penis with just tissue (i am certain there are still oil on my penis) and then put a condom on my thing and gave me a blow-job. It contiued for ~2 to 3 minutes (no ejaculation)  and I removed the condom and get myself cum on her breast by rubbing. I cleaned my dick and urinated after.

1) Baby oil can denature condom and in my case does it pose a risk? the condom was intact when I removed it.
2) I found there might be a tiny (2-3 mm it looked like) stretch on my penis...it looked like some skin might be off...but no blood stain when i tried to press a tissue on the wound after i back home....i guess maybe i did that when I rubbed my penis on her breast after blow-job....does the wound pose risk also?
3) I read many posts stated that wound on penis can pose risk...is the wound must be some with "blood"? in my case...if just the skin is peal off...can HIV get enter my body via it?

Sorry for my bad english..many thanks

Hello

1. I want to know that will oil can denature the compositio of the condom to  a extend that lead to pore size large enough for the passage of virus? I worry because I dont know whether there was bleeding in the lady's mouth or not, and also i am not sure about when i got my sore on my penis.

Oil will damage latex condoms but usually causes complete disintegration rather than the appearance of small holes. In your case you had oral sex - she sucked you - this is not a risk for HIV.

2. The last question is how accurate the hiv-antibodies only tests are in 4,6 and 8weeks respectively. And can a 8 weeks duo test consider as conclusive?

It depends on the type of antibody test used. If the antibody test was a modern third generation HIV test then you can be confident that it will be more than 99% accurate at 6 weeks. At 8 weeks a negative HIV DUO test - ie a 4th generation combined HIV 1 and 2 with p24 test - will be conclusive.

As I keep on saying though, you didn't have a risk to start with.

best wishes, Sean

Hello

I think you ar efine and you have not been exposed to HIV.

1) Baby oil can denature condom and in my case does it pose a risk? the condom was intact when I removed it.

No - there is no risk - you were sucked - there was no vaginal penetration. There are no cases of anyone become HIV positive through being sucked.

No - no risk

3) I read many posts stated that wound on penis can pose risk...is the wound must be some with "blood"? in my case...if just the skin is peal off...can HIV get enter my body via it?

The risk of HIV entry is only if there is penetrative sex with an HIV positive person - having cuts on your penis and being sucked through a condom poses no risk at all. Rubbing against her body poses no risk at all.

Remember also that you can only become HIV positive if you have sex with someone who has HIV. Simply because the lady was a sex worker does not mean that she was HIV positive.

best regards, Sean
