Follow up after Ab/Ag -ve result

Hi Doc,
I hope you have the time to go through my previous encounter in the following link
http://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV---International/Protected-oral-anal-transexual-encounter/show/1709430#post_7822664

In summary it was a brief encounter with a shemale from singapore where I performed PROTECETED oral on her for a min and she penetrated me with a CONDOM for max 30 seconds when I pulled her out, no ejaculation and condom didn't break (verified this with her over the phone later and saw her taking it off without being raptured)

The incident was on April 1st, on May 3rd I took an Ab/Ag HIV test (32 days post exposure) and the results came back negative, what still worries me that I saw a GP before I go to the test (thats the protocol here) I didn't talk with him about the incident I just told him I want to do an HIV test, when I asked him about the time frame for the test he told me 6 month!! this is surprising to me because I read all over the forum that the Ab/Ag is conclusive after 28 days from the risky exposure, so please find my concerns:

1- What do you think about the GP feedback regarding the Ab/Ag testing period?
2- Based on my negative results shall I rule out HIV from my life or do I have to retest?
3- After 4 weeks from exposure I had slight rash in my inner thigh muscle near genitals was not itchy and didn't cause me any discomfort, it was cured after I used an anti-fungus/anti-bacterial cream, do you think this maybe related to HIV rash?
4- After 5 weeks (week later from the rash) I had mild sore throat with slight running nose with very mild fever (maybe half a degree or less) which was cured after 24 hours or so, shall I be concerned about those symptoms being related to HIV or those could be a common cold?

Hello,
Thank you for your post.  Apologies for the delay but we have been extremely busy in the clinic.  Let me answer to each of your questions here below:
1- What do you think about the GP feedback regarding the Ab/Ag testing period? YOU WOULD NEED TO ASK THE GP IN QUESTION.  IN MY OPINION, YOUR NEGATIVE TEST RESULT WAS FINAL AND FULLY CONCLUSIVE AT THAT PERIOD OF TIME.
2- Based on my negative results shall I rule out HIV from my life or do I have to retest? YES, YOU CAN RULE IT OUT WITHOUT ANY DOUBT.  NO NEED TO HAVE ANY FURTHER TESTS.
3- After 4 weeks from exposure I had slight rash in my inner thigh muscle near genitals was not itchy and didn't cause me any discomfort, it was cured after I used an anti-fungus/anti-bacterial cream, do you think this maybe related to HIV rash? NO, IT IS NOT.
4- After 5 weeks (week later from the rash) I had mild sore throat with slight running nose with very mild fever (maybe half a degree or less) which was cured after 24 hours or so, shall I be concerned about those symptoms being related to HIV or those could be a common cold?
THEY CANNOT BE RELATED TO HIV.  FIRSTLY YOU DID NOT PUT YOURSELF AT RISK, AND SECONDLY YOU HAD A NEGATIVE TEST RESULTS.  I THINK THAT ALL YOU HAD WAS A SIMPLE COLD.
Best wishes,
Dr José

May need to add that the slight fever is still but the sore throat is cured and the running nose as well, but I can do my daily routine with the slight fever.
