HIV Concern Oral + Fingering+Deep Kissing
Hi Doctor,
Following are the exposures over a period of almost 8 Months (December,2012 to July 2013) after my last HIV negative test.
1. Deep Kissing for almost an hour, boob sucking and fingering a woman (Unknown HIV Status) for almost 15 Minutes.
2. Deep kissing a woman of unknown HIV Status.
3. Deep kissing, boob sucking a woman (Unknown HIV Status).
4.Deep kissing , boob sucking and received a very brief unprotected blow job (I cum in her mouth).
5.Deep kissing, boob sucking, fingering and got a unprotected blow job for almost 5 minutes from a woman of unknown HIV Status.
5. Deep kissing , boob sucking and got unprotected blow job from a woman of Unknown HIV status. I fingered her twice and did not wash my hand, I was just cleaning my hand with bed sheet and found dry blood on fingers in the morning. This concerns me the most as blood was involved.
None of the above exposure had vaginal or anal sex.
I am worried about above exposures as some of the information on internet says that you may get HIV by fingering, oral sex (mouth to penile) and deep kissing (CDC says about a documented case).
The bottom line is
Do I need to get tested?
I am in a country which has very strict rules and can't have an anonymous test and also Oraquick is not available here.
How much are the chances to get HIV by above said activities?
Do I need to test for other STDs?
How much safe are these activities (Deep Kiss, Fingering, Boob Sucking and receiving unprotected blow job)?
I can order the following Home Test Kit www.ihivtest.com.my . It is widely available on all pharmacies in Malaysia.

Hello,
None of these sexual practices would have put you at any risk of HIV infection at all whatsoever. Therefore you do not need to get tested. The unprotected oral sex might have involved the following risks and these are the kind of infections that you need to get tested for: Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, and Syphilis.
As I am not familiar with the test mentioned, I am afraid that I am not able to comment about its reliability. But in any case you do not require testing for HIV anyway.
