HIV RISK ( no proper condom )

Dear Dr. I had sex with a girl a met and I don't know her medical history, since that I have been suffering from so many health problem fever, headache, red etichy spot, low WBC, ...etc. during the sex I had some of her verginal fluids on my hand then I touch my unprotected penis, I wearied my condom but after I finished I have noticed that the condom was not fully covering my penis and I felt that some of her verigin fluids came into the condom and some of the unprotected part . My questions are
1- is their any HIV risk?
2- I have tested three times compo and CIMA TESTS on 5 months, 8 months and 11 months, all negative, is it confirmed and no more testing required?
3- I have read in the free forum that HIV may not be detected for some cases for a years, which really made me feel scared, epically I have low WBC, please advise?
4- what is the max window period I can wait to confirm 100% HIV (-).?
5- does hepa A injection and low Vitamin D can impact HIV window period?
Thank you very much

Dear Dr Sean thanks for your reply, may I ask follow up questions regarding the above just to close this matter:

1- does the LOW WBC or leukopenia impact the virus window period? Or is it a sign of infection? Because i read about leukopenia and it's said its May be due to HIV. ( Google wikepidia) I know some posts in the net are not reliable that's why is asked.
2- when and what are the cases the virus can not detected by testing?

I am sorry for the above questions even my exposure was not risky however your answer will defiantly help others including myself

Hello

1- is their any HIV risk?

none at all - you will not acquire HIV this way

2- I have tested three times compo and CIMA TESTS on 5 months, 8 months and 11 months, all negative, is it confirmed and no more testing required?

yes, you are fine - you do not need any more testing for this "event"

3- I have read in the free forum that HIV may not be detected for some cases for a years, which really made me feel scared, epically I have low WBC, please advise?

This is irrelevant to you - you did not have a risk and your tests are negative - you are HIV negative

4- what is the max window period I can wait to confirm 100% HIV (-).?

6 weeks with a 3rd generation HIV antibody test or 4 weeks with a 4th generation HIV DUO test

5- does hepa A injection and low Vitamin D can impact HIV window period?

no not at all

kind regards, Sean
