HIV Test after 5 and 8 Weeks Conclusive

Dear Doc
After a high risk ( unprotected anal Sex given to a male on the Philippines) I did at Day 37 a HIV duo Test AG/p24 and at Day 54 a rapit Test AG in Germany at a Lab. They are coming up negative! 3,5 Weeks after my risk I had lots of HIV Symptomes. How Conclusive can I take this Test or how accurte are they. Do I need to Test again?
Thank`s and
BR
Dirk

Hello Dirk,
Thank you for your post and welcome to our forum.
Your negative test results are fully conclusive and they confirm that you are HIV negative.  There is no need for you to have any further tests.
Kind regards,
Dr José

Hello Dr.Jose
I just like to tell you that also my duo Test at 12 Weeks was negativ. As my Doc recommended i did again a Duo at 14 Weeks (negativ) and a rapid 3.Generation at 17 Weeks and again negativ. I am still getting ill special if i go to Work. There i work with Chemicals like Toulene and Trichlorethelen. The Doc`s here in Germany dont know what is wrong with my Body.
But at the End you was again right to say after my 8 Weeks Test, that it was fully conclusive and that i dont need any further Tests.
Thanks for all your help!!!

Hello Doc
Today i did again a Antibody rapit Test because of my red blood cells in my urine and it came back negative. As my Lab recommanded i did also a 4. Generation Test.
Do you think it was nassesery ?
Also i like to say thank you, your Answere was a good help! If I was worry about my HIV status, it was good for my mind to have a loke at your replai and to come down.
Merry X-mas and a happy new Year for you and your Family!

Hello Doc
Today i went down for a medical check and they found some red blood cells in my urine. In the Internet i could see, taht this can be because of a HIV Infection.
Do you think that my HIV results are still fully conclusive?
Thanks and BR
