I never see Worried female

Please I need to know how much longer this should be a concern. I am a female I received unprotected oral. I never knew any better I thought it was safe. I took 3 antibody only tests (no access to duo) All negative. Last test was taken 2 years after event. I do not know what generation test was. what if it was old version.  Please my fears are what if he had blood in or on his mouth I did not examine him. maybe he had a cut open on his lip or sore. I fear maybe I don't make antibody for HIV.  How would I know? What should I do?
Just so u know I do make cold sore antibody I test positive for that. Does that mean I make all antibody? I am so afraid I will infect my boyfriend with this HIV. Please help me as much info as you can i never see info on women

Just one more thing what about the antibody part?maybe I don't make them? Maybe something is causing no production or detection ?

Hello,
First of all, you need to calm down and stop overreacting.  Receiving oral sex (cunninglingus) does not pose any HIV risk at all for the female; performing oral sex on a man poses a very small risk, mostly theoretical, and only if the man ejaculates inside of your mouth.
Your negative antibody test (3rd generation) performed after 2 years is totally conclusive without any doubt.  Therefore you are HIV negative, and hence, you cannot infect anybody else.
Best wishes,
Dr José
