Risk for Infection

Dear Sir,
50 days ago i had encountered with one thailand girl with whom i had unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex. Since i was drunk that time after some time i removed the cundom and penetrate to the vagina. which lasts for around 30 second. i ejaculated the sperm inside the vagina. Now i am very much in stress due to which alsways i am feeling heavy temperature. During this 50 days once only i had cold. After that incident also recently i have met that girl in that place. But she looks perfectly ok.

Can you pls tell me how to make sure whether she is having HIV or not??

Can you please advise me whether i have been infected by HIV??

Whether i need to get tested??

Waiting for your reply.

Your tests are negative. There are no antibodies for HIV found in your blood. Take Care. Best of Luck

Hello,
Thank you very much for your post and welcome to our forum.
You mention that you had unprotected vaginal penetration for about 30 seconds when you ejaculated.  This brief episode would be the only time when you might have been exposed to HIV infection if the lady inquestion was to be positive.  It is impossible to know if she is positive or not without her being tested.  There are no indications in anyone's appearance that would indicate being HIV positive.  She could have been positive and look completely normal.  Assuming that she was indeed HIV positive, the risk of you becoming infected is relatively low, less than 0.1% or less than 1 in 1,000.  However because it was not completely risk free, you should be tested for HIV for your peace of mind.  I would recommend a HIV Duo or Combo test at 28 days after the encounter.  I am quite confident that is going to be negative.
Best wishes,
Dr José
