protected oral sex

good morning doctor. on march 14 i had protected oral sex with two sex workers at the same time. i havent done nothing else no anal, no vaginal ( just received bjob from them both). in the end i checked the condom for breaks and found nothing. Am i at any kind of risk for HIV?? today i fell sore trhoat...is it ARS? one more question....if i want to do P24 antigen when should i take it? thank you so much.

doctor one more thing...do you agree that even unprotected oral sex ( received by male from female) poses no hiv risk? thank you

thank you doctor. Just one more thing...by 28 days after exposure not only p24 antigen will be reliable but also de Anti bodies right?  thank you again

Thank you very much for your post.
There is no risk at all of HIV.  Not only a condom was used, but all it was performed was oral sex.  Therefore no risk of HIV infection at all whatosever and no need to be tested.
Symptoms have absolutely nothing to do with ARS; you did not have a risk and in fact it is far too early anyway to develop symptoms.  No need to be tested.  However if you still want to have the p24 Ag tested, you ought to wait at least 28 days.  I can assure yo that it will be negative.
