so tired of stress and anxiety

Doctor
I'm 34 male (circumcised) married for 6 months. 15 days before I get married I had unprotected anal sex with a prostitute.no symptoms at all except a sore throat and running nose 70 days after exposure. I got married and nothing was wrong with my wife until she got sick ( high temperature ,sore throat, nausea, vomiting ) lasted 5 days and also she feels chills from  time to time.I have done several tests as following:1- Elisa 21 days after exposure =neg 2- Compo test (duo) 35 days = neg 3- Elisa 62 days = neg 4- Elisa 81 days = neg 5- Duo test 100 days (with my wife) she did the test too for blood cbc including HIV = neg 6- Elisa 120 days (4 months) =neg 7- Elisa 180 days (6 months)= neg. What makes me so stressed and nervous is my is my cbc. its normal except the lymphocytes (high 51%) and monocytes low 1 %) I have done this test twice with a one month deference both came out high lymphocytes( second one was 4 months after exposure) even though the doctor at the lab said you still at the range of the lymphocytes it shows 51.2 highest and I'm 51 so still ok.( I'm not sure if its ok or not) And now I have a white tongue for about two months. I have a dry cough (allergic) since 2001 and I have a skin allergic long time ago does that affect the body to produce a sufficient antibody? Its really the worst time I have had in my life cant even sleep and have a normal life stress is killing me cant concentrate at anything I lost about 7 kilos because of thinking. I don’t know why I don't accept my tests results. Some time I think they are not accurate and sometimes I think I'm still in the window period especially when I read on the internet that it takes more than 6 months. My questions are:1- Do I need any further tests or what I have done is enough? 2- What would cause my high lymphocytes? is it related to HIV or this is normal? 3-Can I have a PCR RNA test after more than 6 months or it will not work will in my case? 4-What would cause my white tongue?
   Thanks

Thanks for replying

I just want to ask you if the lymphocytes were infected by hiv virus I think the test would be positive..right?

My doctor said it might be high because of stress or by the allergic I aleady have.
becase I never had a fever as you mentioned above.

Hello,
After reading your post, I can conclude that your are HIV negative.  You have had plenty of conclusive negative test results and you should forget about HIV all together and you should not test any more.  Even though your symptoms could be consistent with acute HIV sero-conversion, the timing of these is not as these would not happen any later than 40-45 days after the original exposure.  High lymphocytes can happen with any viral infection, including glandular fever and other infections.  It would not be related to HIV at this stage.  I think most of your symptoms, including your white tongue, are most likely to be related to your stress and anxiety.
Best wisehs,
Dr Jose
