Gangbang/blowbang scenario

Dear Drs Hook and Handsfield,

Recently I've become very fascinated by the prospect of attending a gangbang hosted by an escort. She's not a street worker, rather a British born website escort offering 8 man gangbangs similar to porn situations. On offer will be oral without condom, and condom-protected sex only.

1) in regards to the oral mainly.. how risky is this, a common scenario is that myself and another guy may be getting sucked at the same time, the other guy may come in her mouth/on her lips etc, now I'm exposed to his semen..).

2) By attending these blowbangs/gangbangs, would I be following a 'high risk sexual lifestyle'?

Thank you for your continued advice and support.

Who your partner was will not change the accuracy of your test results.  Four week DUO test results will be conclusive for HIV.  EWH

Dear Dr Hook

So I went to the party..

although I knew the lady was black, I did not know she was African-born

She gave me unprotected oral, condom-protected vaginal sex (condom was intact after), then whilst she was sucking three of us, I believe a guy came in her mouth, then she sucked me after.. i'm not sure of this however, it may have been spit

Please Dr, considering that she was African, would a 4 week duo test be conclusive??

Thank you Dr

Dear Dr Hook

Does the above assessment also apply to the scenario where various other guys may ejaculate in her mouth and I receive a blowjob at the same time?

The situation you describe is not one that has been studied or is common enough to have specific scientific data to refer to.  We do know that there are no instances in which anyone has been shown to become infected with HIV though receipt of oral sex and that condom protected sex, even when a partner has had other recent partners, is not associated with increased risk for HIV.  I woudl not think such an exposure would put you at risk for HIV as long as your only unprotected exposure was receipt of oral sex and your condoms stayed intact.  EWH
