Hi doctor
So there is nothing to worried about on all this event which is

Welcome to the Forum. I am perplexed at your question. You asked this question with 11 follow-up interchanges since November on the HIV Prevention Community site and were provided with answers and quotes from both Dr. Handsfield and myself indicating that there is no meaningful risk for HIV from receipt of masturbation, from oral sex or from rubbing a penis on a partner's genitals without penetration. The answers appeared to be acceptable to you in November. Now, you repeat the question. My direct answer to you is just the same, these are no risk exposures which carry no risk of HIV. this is true even though you may have had contact with a partner's oral or genital secretions. There is no need for concern related to this sort of exposure and no need for testing related to them.
I realize tha there are other sites on the internet which speak of "theoretical risk" or unsubstantiated reports of transmissio in these ways. The FACT however is that there is no credible scientific evidence of persons acquiring HIV from masturbation, oral sex or genital rubbing.
I hope this comment is helpful to you. EWH
