HIV from Prostate Massage

Dear Doc H
About three months ago i went for a Tantritic Massage, which i shouldnt have The "Therapist gave me a prostate massage ( She put her hand in my a.. with vinyl glove and oil) There after she gave me a hand job. A month after that experience i started experiencing sore throat and dry cough. and pimples on my chest. It resolved after 12 days. I also had pimples on my chest and recently i started developing facial acne and flaky skin on my face. When i googled i found that it is a condition called sebroic dermatsis. This really made me worried. Should i be concern My ques are
1. I always had dandruff but never on face, is it a sign of HIV and can stress cause flaking facial skin and acne.
2. Did anyone ever got HIV from this sort of exposure
3. Do you believe vinyl glove will provide protection against infection and would oil temper it. and if there was blood in oil would there be a chance of infection.
I suffer from anxiety and i also have loose stool. What is my risk?

No, anxiety would not cause your seborrheic dermatitis or a flu-like illness however, following a no risk exposure, for you to think that these coincidental occurrences are related to your receipt of rectal masturbation is a definite sign of anxiety.  There is no need for conern related to the enconter you have described.  EWH

Welcome to our Forum.  I'll try to help.  Insertion of a finger into your rectum is a form or masturbation and HIV is not spread by masturbation, rectal or otherwise, nor is it transmitted by transfer of genital secretions on a person's hands from one person to another.  thus this was a no risk exposure with no need for concern about HIV.

Let's address your questions:
1. I always had dandruff but never on face, is it a sign of HIV and can stress cause flaking facial skin and acne.
Dandruff on the face is characteristic of seborrheic dermatitis.  It can be treated with selsun lotion (or shampoo) rubbed onto your rash.  Persons with HIV can get severe seborrheic dermatitis but most people with seborrhea do not have HIV.  that  your seborrheic got worse is no reason for concern.

2. Did anyone ever got HIV from this sort of exposure
No, not ever.

3. Do you believe vinyl glove will provide protection against infection and would oil temper it. and if there was blood in oil would there be a chance of infection.
Yes, the vinyl glove would protect.  Oils can weaken latex and increase the chance of breakage but I do not think they have this effect on vinyl.

I hope these comments are helpful.  the exposure you describe carries no risk for HIV and is not something to worry about.  EWH
