It is not totally clear that both your oral and, more importantly, your vaginal sex were condom protected. If they were, then there is no risk of HIV at all from this exposure. Even with the presence of a cut or sore on your penis, the condom would protect you.
Your chronic urinary tract infection is an internal problem and does not increase you risk for HIV either. In women, the mucosal inflammation due to other infections, including STDs increases risk of HIV but this is not clearly the case in men.
You do not need to worry and do not need testing. EWH
