Welcome back to the forum. However, questions about HIV risk should be in the HIV Prevention and Safe Sex forum; see the information at the top of the page and in the Disclaimer message.
My understanding is that most Amsterdam CSWs are regularly tested for HIV, so it is unlikely your partner was infected. Even if she was, there is no measurable risk of HIV transmission from the exposures described. The vigor of oral sex probably makes no difference.
From a risk assessment standpoint, you do not need HIV testing. However, feel free to do it if you need the result for reassurance. If this is your only potential risk for HIV, it will be negative.
Because this is the wrong forum, there won't be any follow-up comments or discussion. But really, do not worry about this event. There is no realistic chance you caught HIV.
