Licking vaginal fluids on breast

Dear Doctor,

hi how things Doctor,

i am sorry to repeat the same question which i posted in HIV Prevention Community forum,

i went to massage parlor 22 days ago, after finished she offers me  to give  the hand job,

during hand job i rubbed her vagina no fingering only outer area of her vagina,i didn't feel my finger wet (the room is not so bright),

after that i rubbed her breast with the same hand then i licked her breast,

after i ejaculated, i rinsed my mouth with mineral water to cleanse my mouth,

my fear

1. i licked her breast, can i get hiv from this activity

2. if there any vagina fluids on her breast which coming from my finger and i lick it, can i get hiv from this activity

3. i have a damage wisdom tooth when i rinsed my mouth with mineral water, if there vaginal fluids on my tongue can i get hiv from this activity

4. after all message activity i soaked in the bathtub which is filled with warm water, can i get hiv if vaginal fluids on my finger mixed into water in bathtub

i have tested using elisa method in 17 days after the incident and the result is nonreactive,
i have got swollen pain lymph on my right groin and armpits and  got running nose,

is my elisa test valid and do i need 3 months test further, I am very anxious Doctor

Yes, it's a 4th generation test and is valid at 4 weeks.

That will end this thread.  I won't have any further comments.

Swallowing blood or infected fluids carries little HIV risk. The virus isn't even by direct oral sex, i.e. mouth-vaginal contact.

Really, stop worrying about this event.  There is no way you caught HIV.

Welcome to the forum. Thanks for your question.

You had accurate replies in the community forum.  HIV is not transmitted sexually except by intercourse; if a bare penis (no condom) does not enter another person's vagina or rectum, there is no risk.  HIV absolutely cannot be transmitted by the sorts of contact you have described here.

Therefore, the answers to questions 1-4 are the same:  No!

HIV doesn't cause a runny nose, and it doesn't cause pain in the groin or armpits.  (The inflamed lymph nodes with HIV usually are painless.)

Based on this exposure and your symptoms, you did not need HIV testing.  However, a standard ELISA test is around 60% reliable at 17 days.  If you want to have a conclusive test, have another ELISA at 6-8 weeks, or a combo test (for both HIV antibody and antigen) at 4 weeks.  Below is a thread that discusses the time required for conclusive testing, depending on which test (or combination of tests) is done:

So all is well.  You could not have caught HIV.  Don't be worried at all.
