Still worried after oral (or maybe more?) encouter with SW

Dear doctors,

I've had an encouter with a lap dancer awhile ago and she gave me oral. I was a bit drunk, but I firmly believe that nothing more has happened, but I cannot be completely sure (do they even "do more" at lap dacing clubs in the UK? I was a visitor...). I have a strong anxiety disorder concerning possible illnesses and already did the following tests. I'm in Germany, the labs use most modern testing.

My results:

Day 12: 4th gen Ab/Ag: negative
Day 18: PCR for both HIV 1 and 2: negative
Day 25: 4th gen Ab/Ag: negative
Day 35: 4th gen Ab/Ag: negative
Day 42: 4th gen Ab/Ag: negative

I am planning to do further testing as I am still very scared. I have recently gotten more spots on my face, and my stomach's skin is a bit sensitive, turning a bit red frequently.

What is your opinion on the results? Does the fact that I did multiple tests from the beginnning encourge even more the negative results so far? I am so worried that the tests might have missed something so far.

Thanks.

Last, repetitive answers to your anxiety-driven questions.

Q1: Are my tests really concusive - no matter what happened?
Yes

Q2: Why do members from the community forums like Teak et al. disagree with your 6-8 week window period?
They quote information from sources (often governmental)  which are based on older data and more conservative stances.  This has been discussed numerous times on our Forum.  Use the search Forum to explore this question.

Q3: Can a seroconversion after 8 weeks really only happen to people whose immune system is severly compromised?
Correct.

End of thread. EWH

Thanks four your advice. I have already begun with counseling concerning my anxiety issues, but still I feel to need reassurance here.

I have had another negative test at 60 days. What still worries me is the official 12 month guideline in Germany, where most modern testing is standard. And I have these skin irritations ...

I'm sorry that you continue to worry about this exposure.  I have reviewed your nearly 30 other exchanges on of HIV Prevention Community sites and agree with all that has been said before.  Your encounter was NO RISK for HIV- no one has EVER gotten HIV from receipt of oral sex and your testing CONCLUSIVELY PROVES that you did not get HIV.  Further testing is a waste of time and money.  My sincere advice is that you need to seek medical help in addressing your unwarranted continuing anxiety rather than pursue further testing.  EWH
