Will I Infect HIV ?

Dear Doctor Edward W Hook, MD and  H. Hunter Handsfield, M.D., I am so nervous. I met a gay two days ago, we did mutual masturbation.Firstly i gave him masturbation ,i had a cut on my finger, and his penis had a little bleeding and prostata liquid on it. My finger cut touched the blood and prostata liquid.  Secondly he gave me masturbation for 1 minute.
Then he put his penis between my legs around anus, and rubbed his penis up and down for 5 minites, my leg with a cut had contacted his penis (his penis with a little cut bleeding and prostata liquid).  We deeply  kissed each other, and he suck my balls and penis 5 times, maybe there were small  wounds on my penis and contacted his mouth. No anal sex. Will i infect hiv from these encounters?? I am so nervous these days, i cannot live normally.  Thank you very much..   I need help.  Forgive my poor English.

Sigh.  My last reply meant what it said.  There is NOTHING you can think of that would make this a high risk situation, including the nonsense you mention about your penis having "some small wounds".  Move on.  And do not be tempted to start a new thread with the same quesitons.  It would be deleted without reply.

These details do not change my opinion or advice.

It's time to stop reacting to every little additional thought about this event that comes to mind.  There is no additional information you can think of that would possibly change my opinion or advice.  Just accept the obvious, simple scientific evidence and my reasoned reassruance, then move on with your life.

Thank you so much, i am so nervous and i am released with your help. Don't blame me for my last question to ask.I forgot one point of the asked question. Before the oral-penis contact and leg-penis contact, we put alcohol on our penises and balls for disinfecting, then i felt  a little hot and pain, the alcohol may stimulate delicate skins and cause some little wounds, then he sucked my balls and penis and rubbed his penis around my balls for 2 minutes. Will this situation change the result? is it still no risk?  Thanks again.  Please help!

Still no risk.  See my reply above about the ONLY wounds that have ever been known to result in HIV transmission. You can also use the search function in this forum to find hundreds of other discussion about this.

And anyway, since the large majority of sex workers don't have HIV, your partners probably were not infected anyway.

Thank you so much,i feel better now. But even the cut on my finger touched the bleed and prostata liquid on his penis, even the cut on my leg  touched the bleed and prostata liquid on his penis, is it still no risk?  Thanks again.

Welcome to the forum. Thanks for your question.  Your English seems to be fine.

HIV is not transmitted by hand-genital contact.  And although people worry about the effects of cuts or nicks on the hands, these also have not been ever known to result in catching HIV.  The ONLY wounds that have ever transmitted HIV were in health care workers injured (usually by deep cuts) with sharp instruments contaminated with visible blood.  In addition, oral sex carries little or no risk, and frottage -- body rubbing without penetration  -- also is risk free.  As for "maybe there were small wounds on my penis", that of course is ridiculous; if you didn't see visible wounds, then none were there!  But even if there were, this also would make no difference.

In other words, you had entirely safe sex and are not at risk for HIV from the events described.   You don't need testing (unless you decide to do it strictly for reassurance) and if you have a regular partner, you can safely continue unprotected sex without putting him or her at risk for HIV.

I hope this has helped.  Best wishes--  HHH, MD
