Worried father and ex husband

Dear Drs, sorry about my grammar, I`m from south america and english is not my first lenguage. this is my case.

On  febrary mi wife and I dicided to divorce, I went to a sanity contoled prostitute club, A girl made a strip show for me and I brevely kissed her niples (no milk visible), touch her body, and brevely for about 3 or 4 seconds I touched her vagina (she was with a very small nylon tong) no fingering just with my fingers over the tong in her vagina area, I didnt had any vissible cuts on my fingers just an overcut nail,  just after this she tried to kiss me, I closed my lips and went to the bathroom washed my hands with soap and alcohol my overcut nail it hurted with the alcohol, and washed my mouth with listerine, after this we got naked into the hot tub, she sat on me but i didnt have and erection netheir was a penetration, this was for just a few minutes, i had a few mosquito bites  on my legs and torso, but I didnt saw any bleeding cut on her body, I ask her to make another strip show while I masturbate myself, after a minutes since I couldnt finish she put a condom on me and while I was masturbating with the condom all the way to the bottom of my penis she kissed and suked just the head of my penis when I ejaculated  I went to the bathroom and check the condom filled with water and it was perfect with no leaks , after this I washed my hands again with alcohol and soap and my penis with water,

I  took an immunochromatographic cartridge test 2 weeks after the exposure, it was negative, I dont feel confident to go back home and return to my normal life and family since things with my wife are improving i`m scared of trasmiting hiv to my son or wife, I will have another test this friday already apointed, whit this 4 week test if is negative, can I be sure not to be hiv and go back home, or should I wait to the 6 or 12 week test.

The postitute says she is tested for all std every 15 days

Thanks for your time and help, I hope it wasnt to long

You have very little to worry about.

Your exposure was condom protected oral sex.  Even without a condom, if she was HIV infected (and you have her assurance that she was not) the chances of getting HIV from unprotected oral sex are less than 1 in 10,000.  With condoms the risk is far lower, had she been HIV infected (and she was almost certainly not).

At the time you were tested at 2 weeks, over half of HIV infections that are going to be positive would have been.  At four weeks that figure rises to 85-90%.  Thus between the very, very low risk of your exposure and the negative HIV test that you will get at the time of your test four weeks following your exposure, you have nothing to worry about and to not need further testing or to be concerned that you might have HIV.  I hope this helps.  EWH

Sorry to bother you again, but I just forgot to tell you one thing, before the oral sex the prostitute was dancing and touching herself (touching her vagina) and then she went to look for the condom opened and rolled it in my penis, ahe had probably touched my gland while rolling the condom down, Does this is risk, or it doesnt post any aditional risk.

Sorry not to acomplish that the last was my final post, know you can be sure that this is my final post.

Thanks again

Dr. I received the 4 week test yesterday it was 3rd generation Double Check Gold Hiv 1-2, it was negative (it has 99,8% Specifity and 99,9% Sensivity in world wide tests), since my very low risk exposure, i was more worried about my overcut finger and the bathing naked than the oral sex, becouse I am 100% sure the condom was in perfect condition after the oral sex, do you think I need more testing, or by your expert opinion I can be confident that I´m HIV negative

This will be my last post.

Thanks for all your help.
