condom already infected?

Thanks for your help in advance. I recently meet with a sex worker(escort). While I was there she started to get undressed. I asked if she had a condom. She went to a container where she had some already out the package. They were not previously used from what I could tell. I wore the condom for about 30 sec to a minute. No sexually activty took place while I was wearing the condom. I did not feel comfortable so I took it off and just masterbated myslef while she touched my balls for about 30 sec. 1)My question is could she have put anything inside the condom where I could have infected myself. Blood, Vaginal Fluid ect...My second question is also a couple days before I had Titty sex with a lady were I put my penis between her breast with a condom. I dont think this is a risk but not to sure.
So could she have done someting to condom where I could be at risk or does virus die quick outside the body. And any risk for any of those exposers.

Thanks Alot Dr. Edward W Hook, MD!!! Your advice really has helped out. My anxeity had me all worked up. I understand that hiv outside the body dries really quick and needs an air tight enviroment to survive. And also for somebody to infect a condom would take a lot of work and most probably mess the condom up while doing it. Thanks Doc. Keep Up The Good Work!!! Much Appreciated!

Your symptoms do not change my assessment. the idea that she somehow put infected material in your condom so that you would be exposed is a fantasy and totally unrealistic.  Do not even consder it as a possibility.  EWH

Yesterday was three weeks since my exposer. I have a bad stomach ache and diarha. Even if there were fluids in the condom and I masterbated there would no way for it to get into my blood stream? Thanks

Thanks for your help. I did not think the virus lasted too long outside the body,but I called a info line where the test you too. They told me I needed to hurry and get tested and they would send me to a lab. Thats when I got real nerivous. So even if she did put something in the condom the virus would not be able to last? Also lets say there were fluids and it got on my penis it still would be no need for testing if I understand. Since I did not have any cuts or sores.

The idea that the CSW you were with would put something to infect her clients into the condoms she keeps at hand is just not realistic.  It would take a remarkably malicious person to do this.  Even, by some incredible stretch of the imagination this were to happen, neither HIV nor the agents which cause other STDs would have survived in such a situation and thus could not have infected you.  You do not need to be concerned or tested for this exposure.  It was no risk.

As for the second encounter you describe, again this is no risk. The reason for this in terms of the condom are the same thing that I said above.  In addition, what took place was that you masturbated yourself between her breasts.  masturbation is safe, no risk sex.  Again, no risk, no need for concern or testing.

Sounds to me like you are being cautious and practice safe sex.  Good job!. Please keep it up.  EWH
