handjob risk

Hello Sir,

i went for a massage today and the girl did my normal massage for 25 minutes after that she took oil and started giving me handjob with oil.
In the heat of moment i did not realise that i was not wearing condom and after i ejaculated i realised my mistake that i might catch HIV .
is there any chance i can get hiv from this situation if she had any cut or blood on her hand?
Also is there any risk of ghonorrea , chlaymidia or syphillis?

Unprotected receipt of masturbation will not put you at risk for any STI.  EWH

No change in my advice or assessment.  YOur sore throat and fever are not related to your receipt of masturbation over a month ago.  EWH

hello doctor ,

I have sore throat and fever for the last one week.
I m worried if i got some disease from handjob.

if the masseur had cuts on her hand and after 30 minutes of giving me massage can blood still be coming out of her cut?

Welcome to our Forum. In reading your question and other interactions on MedHelp sites, I believe you may be confused about how HIV is transmitted.  In adults HIV is transmitted ONLY through unprotected penetrative sexual encounters and injection of infected material deep into tissue.  It is not transmitted by masturbation (even when partners have cuts or genital secretion on their hands), by kissing, or by touching.

In your own case it is unlikely that your masseuse had HIV but, even if she did, your receipt of masturbation was a no risk event.  There is no reason for concern and no reason for testing.

I hope this clarification is helpful.  EWH
