hiv concern 2

thank you doctor for your responde.I pasted my old qustion for you .my id is masoud gc.and now i have another qustion.

iam sorry my english *****.but i have no one to turn to.
i have 3 qustions sorry for my long email.

I took shower one night before and i dident see any brusing .when i took erytromycin the next day i saw small black brusing ,the next day it got bigger and it turned  yellowish brown and now is getting better.actually it was 2 bruise .1 was big and other one was really small.next to each other.

i always play safe .but as you know gay people have more risk to get hiv than straight people.so iam always concrened.
you said Easy bruising is not a sign of early HIV infection although it may occurred in persons with advanced infection. my qustion is 1- when advance hiv occours?in first year ?seconde year?I actually tested negative 8 months ago.
2- imagine i got hiv 5 months ago and now my qustion is if i do the simple blood test to count my platetet.can i see the lower or higher platetett in my blood or not? i know when somone gets hiv ,the number of platete increase or decrease. iam asking this becuase iam not emotionaly ready to do hiv test.
I am so worried.i cant sleep and eat.and iam so afraid to do hiv test this time.
3-I  bought hiv home test kit  2 months ago ,its not fda approved .its simple test ,you put your blood in test kit and you can read it in less than 15 minute.
2 months ago i used 2 of them.my result was positive.
then i bought 3 more after 2 days. i used 2 of them at the same time my reslut was negative.
and then i used the last one 10 days latera nd the result was negative too.
i know these test kits are not reliable.but i can not understand why the first time my result was positive.
the first time i used my test kit i was on medication omeprazol for acid reflux and propersia for hair loss.
is it possible that medication change the result???

thank you for your help

I will not answer further questions beyond this.  You are harming yourself by not getting tested to find out that you do not have HIV.   For some stragne reason you seem to prefer to suffer with the belief that you have HIV.  This makes O sense.  You need to get tested.

A person can have HIV and have a normal CBC including white and red blood cells.   Instead of doing tests like this, get tested.

Further questions will be deleted until you have been tested for HIV and have a test result to discuss.   EWH

You did not need to start a new question.  It would be all right to simply respond as a continuation of your earlier question.  I have reviewed your earlier question, as well as your question to the dermatology forum.  What I have learned is that you are very anxious but that you have no reason to be.

Your statement that you are “not ready” to have an HIV test makes no sense.   Getting tested will not change whether or not you have HIV, it will just give you the answer to the question that you are so very worried about.  This makes far more sense than wasting your time with unapproved tests, looking at indirect indicators such as platelets or bruises

If you are concerned about HIV, get tested by an experienced professional who will use an approved test.  I cannot tell you why you got the positive test earlier but, given that your other tests were negative, it was almost certainly a false result.  Omeprazol or propersia would not affect your test results.

In my response when I mentioned that there may be easy bruising in people with advanced HIV infection, I was speaking of people who have had HIV for at least 8-10 years, not more recently.

I will repeat my original comment.  You do not need to worry about HIV.  Take care.  EWH
