how big of a risk is it

on march 2 i had sex with a striper, i licked her vagina for like 15 sec, and she gave me oral for about 15 sec with no condom, we also kissed, the rest of the sex was protected. 3 days later i felt discunfurt while urinating,  i also got something that looked like geographic tongue. the sam day i got the uti symptoms. i went to the doc on fri got tested for clamidya herpes and hiv results came negative.the  medecine i got to treat the uti it was sulfameth/trimethoprim and phenazopyridine. that same day i took the medecine i felt really tired, drouzzy my eyes were hurting. on sat night i think i had a mild fever, i had a cough for about 4 days. that same night i had night sweats. after that the next week i felt really tense and my neck was hurting. the thing on my tongue went away, today i saw the same thing on my tongue but its less, after taking that medication i also felt a discunfurt on my anus, i checked but saw nothingit looked a lilred. im really worried and anxiety is killing me, i started feeling nausea but dont feel it anymore, i have stopped having sex with my girl friend forthe same reason,, we kissed once and im scared if i do have it i might have passed something to her. please help me, is this a really high risk situation?

THANK YOU VERY MUCH DOCTOR, YOU HAVE BROUGHT ME THE PEACE OF MIND THAT I NEEDED, IT HAS BEEN HORRIBLE THIS PAST MONTH WITH MY GIRLFRIEND, SINCE WE WERE PLANING TO START A FAMILY THIS YEAR I FELT EVEN WORSE. I WILL TAKE YOUR ADVICE AND TEST NEXT MONTH, THIS HAS BEEN MY FIRST AND LAST ENCOUNTER OF SUCH NATURE. I WILL PUT IT ALL BEHIND ME WHEN I GET MY RESULT AND START MY FAMILY.

The exposures you describe are zero risk for HIV, for all practical purposes.  And your symptoms don't suggest HIV, despite what you think you have learned by searching online.  Feel free to test if you like; the test will be accurate at 2 months.  But if positive, it won't be because of this event.

You had very safe sex and were not likely to acquire any STD.  You describe no symptoms that suggest STD.  (There is no STD that caues geograpic tongue, cough, dizziness, but it's possible you caught a viral respiratory infection.)

Most important, you are under the care of a provider who has tested you appropriately and even treated you (although I'm personally doubtful you had a UTI).  Most likely your symptoms are not due to any infection at all, but they are pretty classical for anxiety and guilt over the sexual event.

Bottom line:  You're fine.  If symptoms persist, discuss them with your provider. But I doubt you have anything that will ever harm you or your girlfriend.

Good luck-- HHH, MD
