scaareed

hello doctor
12 ays before i had unprotected insertive deepthroat oral sex with a prostitute.. after the incidence i noticed a small cut on my penis . the very next day i started having a feeling that my throat was swollen. this feeling continuoued for 3 days.  10 days after the event i developed a small rash in my groin close to the testicle which like small cuts line shaped and its painful when touched. The GP told be that is from the underwre or trouser. 12 days after and still my throat has this swollen sensation and sometimes is a bit sore.
i saw in older posts that there is almost no danger for Hiv but the rash and the uncurred throat made me worry a lot
Thank you

Sorry, we do not view pictures on this site.  If you have a rash you should see your doctor or a dermatologist so they can tell you what it might be and offer treatment if needed.  EWH

I repeat, none of these symptoms suggest HIV.  None!!

As to what might be causing them I cannot say.  If your clothes rub. that is a possibility. EWH

thnk you i though also that i may cause some symptoms due to my anxiety i also developed a redness on my testicle (the one in the same side of the other rash. its like all my testicle is red and have a irritating sensation and a bit burning sensation. Is this also irrelevant?
could this also be rash from the clothes?

Welcome to our Forum. Your internet search is correct when it indicates that there is no risk for HIV from giving or receiving oral sex, including deep throat type exposures. Your symptoms are unrelated.  The symptoms of early HIV typically do not begin until 2-4 weeks following exposure to an infected partner and the rash you describe is not the sort of whole body rash that we see with early HIV.

I urge you not to worry. You need not be concerned and have no medical need for testing.  EWH
