specific questions on mutual masturbation

Dear doctor,

I have searched this forum but am unable to get the answer for some of this specific questions. Please do bear with me if you had come across this questions...i am new to the forum

1) Recently I fingered a lady. I did not insert it deep into the vagina. I just rubbed my fingers on her vagina. My fingers could have went inside her vagina. I read that fingering is safe. However I have torn cuticles around my fingers. I am afraid that they could been bleeding while I fingered her.

2) Next i licked her groin and thighs. Am afraid that there might be some vaginal secretions around this areas as they are close to the vagina. If I had licked the secretions, do i need to worry?

3) she gave me a very hard handjob after masturbating herself. That means handjob with vaginal secretions..given if there is tear or minor trauma to my penis (due to vigorous handjob) is this a risk?

4) about half an hour after leaving the area I inserted my hand to scratch my anus. my nails are sharp i am afraid that I could have caused a tear in my rectum when i scratched it and any leftover vaginal secretions from fingering her could have entered.

5) the prevention forum says that HIV is unable to replicate ouside it host and therefore is not infectious. IS this why mutual masturbation is safe.

6) the forum also claims that there are no receptor cells to HIV in the fingers. Is this true as well.

in summary

1) fingering with bleeding cuticle? is it a risk

2) licking vaginal secretions? is it safe

3) putting hands into the rectum with vaginal secretions and if there is a scratch or tear, is it risk

4) vaginal secretions on penis with skin tear or minor trauma due to handjob. is this a risk?

Asking the same question again will not change the answer.  Still no risk.  EWH

Welcome to our Forum.  I must say, I am quite surprised that you were unable to find responses to your questions.  We answer questions which are virtually identical on a daily basis.  HIV is spread through genital-genital and ano-genital sexual contact.  It is not spread through oral sex, oral contact, or mutual masturbation despite the fact that genital secretions are typically spread from person to person in these situation. The presence of oral sores, gum disease, etc have no effect for oral contact and the presence of small cuts, bleeding cuticles, etc similarly have no effect with regard to mutual masturbation – NONE!!  HIV has not ever been convincingly documented to be spread through oral sex, ingestion of infected materials or spread of secretions though masturbation.  Thus there is no risk to you for HIV from the activities you describe.  There is no need for testing, even in the unlikely circumstance that your partner had HIV.

As to why my statements are facts, there are multiple reasons which contribute.  I will not go into all of them but certainly the fact that the virus ies VERY quickly when outside of the boy is one of them.  Thus the answers to your specific questions are:

1. No, no risk with a bleeding cuticle.
2. No, no risk from ingestion of vaginal secretions.
3. No, no risk from transfer of secretions into the rectum when contaminated with genital secretions.
4. No, no risk from genital secretions on the penis when masturbation is being carried out.

I hope these comments are helpful to you.  EWH

Hi doctor,

My humble request,

Please bookmark this thread. It would be useful to present this to future questions regarding mutual masturbation. Especially when folks are worried about foreskin, urethra and mixture wih oil.

Thanks for your guidance doctor.

Is is absolutely typical for the urethra and foreskin to be touched inthe course of mutual masturbation, just as it it quite typical for persons to get each others' genital secrtions on one another during mutual mastubation.  Still no risk.  Oil and other lubricants do not change this either- still no risk.

That will be all for this thread.  EWH

Dear doctor,

My apologise for bringing up this matter again,

You mentioned that no risk from genital secretions on the penis when masturbation is being carried out. I would like to clarify is this also true when there is cut on the penis, tear of the foreskin or anyother trauma to the penis or foreskin.

Correct, no risk even if there was trauma or a tear to the rectum by your partner's fingernails. That is what I said before.  EWH

Dear Doctor,

This could be a irritating question. I apologise for coming back again. Definetly this will be the last question. And I am done once and for all.

1) Using her contaminted hand she pulled back my foreskin exosing the urethra.

1) During the handjob, she did rub my urethra and under the foreskin vigorously with her hand CONTAMINATED WITH SECRETIONS. Is this still zero risk?

2) She also used oil for the handjob. Any effect?

3) Is it normal for the urethra and foreskin to be touched during handjob?

Dear Doctor, your comments were very helpful.

Just for clarification purpose, there is no risk even if there had been a TEAR OR TRAUMA in the RECTUM by the nails when inserting the finger with vaginal secretions?

This will be my last question
