Welcome to the Forum.  As you acknowledge, your question has already been addressed on the HIV community site.  I agree with the advice that has been give to you thus far.

Receipt of oral sex from a commercial sex worker in Ireland, followed by condom protected vaginal intercourse carries virtually no risk of HIV at all and no testing is needed, from a medical perspective for this exposure.  Most CSWs do not have HIV and even if your partner did have HIV, the activities you engaged in id not put you at risk for HIV.  Thus testing is not needed.

You do not need to worry that the condom may have failed. When condoms fail they break wide open leaving no doubt that they have failed.

If you were at risk testing with a DUO (combined HIV p24 antigen.HIV antibody) test would provide definitive evidence at 4 weeks (28 days) following exposure while testing with a test that tested for antibodies only would not give definitive answers until 8 weeks.  As I said above however, you do not need testing

I hope this helps.  EWH

No change in my assessment related to your rectal fissue=re- you need to take a deep breat and relax.  No risk means just that.

I believe DUO tests are available in Ireland.  I would discuss the type of test with whomever you decide to get tested by (even though you really do not need it)
