understanding risks

ezj
Dear Doctor,  Two weeks ago, I gave oral sex to a shemale for about 10 to 15 seconds.  Her penis was limb and there was no flluid exchange.I did have chapped lips but there was no exchange of any fluid. Because it was limp i could put it easy into my mouth.  Then she put a condom on me and she lubed herself before i ejaculated into her anal.  What risks am I looking at.  I have had no unusual feelings, also I have received 3 vaccinations for hepatits B about 3 years ago.  I am scared of getting  hep b.  Again what risks, and do I need to get tested.

While hepatitis B cannot be transmitted if there is not exchange of fluids, you miss the point.  The vaccine works.,  You received the vaccine.  If exposed the vaccine nearly completely eliminates your risk of infection.  EWH

Thank you Doctor for answering myquestion.  If there is no fluid exchange I thought the risk would be zero.  Can hep b be transmitted this way?  I am married what should I do regarding my aniexty.  Thanks again...

Your risks are very low.  Erect or not, you had unprotected oral sex.  Fortunately for you however the risk of HV from oral sex is tiny, at least less than 1 infection per 10,000 exposures, if your partner was infected and probably lower than that (and these figures are only relevant if your partner was infected which in and of itself is also unlikely).

Your rectal sex was condom protected.  Condoms work.  There was not risk from this either.

As for hepatitis B, the vaccine is excellent.  You have nothing to worry about.  EWH
