i agree with teak...your t cells are all good and the percentage is also good.  I have been positive(diagnosed) in 1991 and did not go onto Haart till bout a year and a half ago....my doctor says im a genetic freak...lol.  For me the thing that made me go on meds was the constant small oportunistic infections..dematitis....sinus....fungal infections etc.which i had never suffered before hiv..and i was just over my face falling off every second week due to the dermo...lol  If you feel healthy in yourself and you are looking after yourself..eg eating right, exercising and omitting stresses from your life and have regular check ups you will know when it is right...and every hiv doctor i have ever been to has there own school of thought, if ya know what i mean....im not a doctor but have lived with the "lurge" as i call it for almost 18 yrs...b true to yourself...meditate and love the life you lead.
Peace out
Pj xx

With your CD4 count there is no rush to start HAART at this time. The time to start is totally up to you.
