Anxiety due to exposure

I have had 4 tests done since my last exposure.

Exposure: deep tongue kissing with a female known to have many partners and lady boyfriend was onto heroin (supposively just smoking it).

My doctor said this wasn't a risk even if she had HIV, along with my mental health counselor and aids clinic in town.

My tests:  1. Oral Swab 4 weeks post (negative)
                2. EIA HIV 1/2 blood tests 8 weeks post (negative)
                3. Oral Swab 83 days post (negative)
                4. Oral Swab 109 days post (negative)

My concern is after my 83 day negative test, I decided that was when I'd sleep with my new gf. We only have protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral. 1 1/2-2 weeks after started sleeping together she got sick with a scratchy throat, cough and lost her voice. Now all she has had is an on and off cough. I also discovered what might be a swollen lymph nose under my left jaw line. It feels firmer/bigger then the one on the right side and hurts when touched but that could be because I constantly touch it.

I'm just worried I might have infected my gf and all my tests could be false :(

I've been to professional counseling selling because of this and just want to know what you all think with your experience/expertise with HIV.

Thanks

Add to what?

You didnt have a risk, your Tests show your HIV negative, so what ever is happening to your GF is not HIV related. So she has a sore throat, that does not consitute a reson for thinking about HIV? I think you need more Help as HIV is populating your thoughts to much.
